Turn on Turn off Reading pane In Outlook
You can preview emails in your outlook Inbox without opening each individual mail by using the Reading Pane.
Reading Pane is window in Outlook which allows you to view an item without opening it. To display the item in the Reading Pane, you just click the mail.)
Opening attachments, following a hyperlink, use voting buttons, viewing the follow-up information in the InfoBar and respond to meeting requests etc can also be perfomed using the reading pane in outlook.
Turn on the Reading Pane
On the View menu, point to Reading Pane, and then click Right or Bottom.
Turn off the Reading Pane
On the View menu, point to Reading Pane, and then click Off.
